1.2 Functions and applications:
This machine tool is used for the fine machining of various cylindrical deep hole parts.
It can be used for both overall honing and local honing. During local honing, the taper, ellipticity and local hole diameter errors of the workpiece being processed can be corrected.
The expansion and contraction of the honing head are controlled by a servo motor, which can achieve both constant pressure feed and quantitative feed of the honing head.
1.3 Oil supply methods for cutting tools: external spray; internal feed.
1.4 Workpiece clamping:
The workpiece is placed on two sets of V-shaped workpiece brackets and pressed tightly with pressure plates.
1.5 Machine main parts:
Machine bed, honing box, 2sets workpiece support rest, honing bar support rest,rack and pinion,coolant system,SIEMENS 828D CNC control system, electric box.
1.6 CNC axis:
Z1 axis: Longitudinal feed motion of the honing box (reciprocating movement of the tool), the servo motor drives the rack and pinion mechanism through the reduction mechanism.
Z2 axis: Controls the expansion and contraction of the cutting tool. The servo motor drives the expansion tool top rod to move axially through the reduction mechanism.
1.7 Machine bed:
The bed body is precisely cast from high-quality cast iron and undergoes two aging treatments to eliminate internal stress, stabilize the structure and size, and improve mechanical properties, etc.
Rolling linear guides are installed on the bed body for the reciprocating movement of the cutting tool, meeting the high-speed movement requirements of honing.
The bed is equipped with a rack for tool feed transmission. The rack has undergone precise processing and heat treatment, ensuring stable transmission.
Oil collection trays are installed around the bed body.
1.8 Honing box:
The honing box is used to drive the tool to rotate, and the tool speed is steplessly adjustable.
The servo spindle motor drives the spindle to rotate through a gear reducer. The gears are precisely ground and processed, and the gear tooth surfaces undergo high-frequency quenching treatment, with a tooth surface hardness of HRC48-52. Thus, the gears can achieve high strength, high hardness, high wear resistance and high fatigue limit, and can withstand relatively large alternating loads and impact loads.
The main shaft is supported by a combination of cylindrical roller bearings and thrust ball bearings. The main shaft has high precision and can withstand relatively large axial and radial forces.
To increase the service life of gears and bearings, lubricating oil is used for lubrication.
1.9 Workpiece support rest:
Two sets, for supporting workpieces.
The V-shaped structure method can adapt to the clamping of workpieces of different diameters by replacing spacers of different thicknesses.
1.10 Honing bar support rest:
It is used to support the honing rod during the processing and measurement.
Two sets, one fixed on the bed body and the other moving on the square linear guide rail of the bed body.
1.11 Coolant system:
Provide cooling lubricating fluid for the cutting tools.
It is mainly composed of a pump, a paper bag filter, a magnetic roller filter, an oil tank, etc.
Two oil supply methods can be provided for the cutting tools: external oil injection and internal oil intake. The conversion can be selected on the operation station.
1.12 Lubrication system:
The guide rails, sliders and racks used for the reciprocating movement of the grinding rod box are automatically lubricated by the automatic lubrication station, which is equipped with a liquid level alarm.
The gears and bearings of the grinding rod box are filled with lubricating mechanical oil inside the box, and lubrication is achieved through the rotation of the gears.
1.13 Machine is with DELTA PLC control system.
The reciprocating speed, rotational speed, tool feed rate, etc. can be set through programming.
The operation station is assembled on the bed body, and the operation panel can be manually rotated, facilitating the operation of the machine tool.
