TGK series CNC boring and SRB machine

It has the main feature of high efficiency, stable performance, intelligent and simple CNC operating system, overall beautiful, unified and neat appearance, and better environmental protection against oil splash and leakage.

The machine has the following three working modes:

1) The job and tool rotate at the same time.

2) The job is fixed and the tool rotates.

3) The job rotating and tool is fixed. The rough boring head is used for pushing boring during rough machining, and the skiving+burnishing (hydraulic or pneumatic) combined tool processing is used for finishing, which effectively solves the problem of serious deviation in rough machining of deep holes in hot rolled steel tubes and poor straightness after finishing of deep holes in cold drawn steel tubes.

After worked by the machine, the precision can reach IT7, and the surface roughness can reach Ra0.1-0.4 μm. The processing efficiency is 5 times that of the traditional deep hole machines and 10 times faster compared with the deep hole honing machine.

The machine tool is equipped with an automatic tool expansion and contraction control module, and has a special Korean pneumatic and German hydraulic tool expansion and retraction system. the machining allowance is 0.3-10mm in the diameter direction, which can be processed (different tools are selected). Irregular hot rolled pipes must use rough boring process before Skiving and burnishing process.

The series includes multiple models with different specifications:

TGK20D/TGK20S: Machining ID range Φ38–Φ200, workpiece OD range Φ60–Φ400, max job length 9000 mm (D)/4000 mm (S). The S-type dual-rotation model has a headstock speed range of 10–350 rpm with 22 kW power, while both models feature a boring box speed range of 40–1200 rpm with 30 kW power.

TGK25D/TGK25S: Machining ID range Φ38–Φ200, workpiece OD range Φ60–Φ400, max job length 10000 mm (D)/4000 mm (S). The S-type has a headstock power of 30 kW at 10–350 rpm, with a boring box power of 45 kW at 40–1200 rpm.

TGK36D/TGK36S: Machining ID range Φ38–Φ360, workpiece OD range Φ100–Φ500, max job length 12000 mm (D)/4000 mm (S). The S-type has a headstock power of 37 kW at 10–350 rpm, with a boring box power of 60 kW at 40–1200 rpm.

TGK40D/TGK40S: Machining ID range Φ38–Φ420, workpiece OD range Φ100–Φ500, max job length 12000 mm (D)/4000 mm (S). The S-type has a headstock power of 45 kW at 10–350 rpm, with a boring box power of 75 kW at 40–1200 rpm.

TGK50D/TGK50S: Machining ID range Φ100–Φ500, workpiece OD range Φ200–Φ600, max job length 20000 mm (D)/4000 mm (S). The S-type has a headstock speed range of 5–200 rpm with 55 kW power, while both models feature a boring box speed range of 30–800 rpm with 90 kW power.

For axes, the Z1 boring box feed axis has a max rapid speed of 5 m/min (4 m/min for TGK50 models) with a 7 kW servo motor, while the Z2 hydraulic axis has a max rapid speed of 3 m/min (2 m/min for TGK50 models) with a 5 kW servo motor. The coolant system offers a max flow rate of 800–1500 L/min and a max pressure of 0.5–2.5 MPa, with tank capacities ranging from 8000 L to 15000 L. The hydraulic system operates at a constant max pressure of 6.3 MPa across all models.

Note: S-type dual-rotation models support all three working modes, while D-type single-rotation models only support the mode with fixed job and rotating tool.
