This Quartz drilling machine is a three axis, efficient, high-precision, and highly automated quartz glass deep hole machining machine. The cutting tool rotates and feeds,the machining accuracy and surface roughness can be achieved through one continuous drilling. This machine is controlled by CNC system for easy operation and improving safety. It also has the function of automatic cycling. Therefore, it is not only suitable for small batch processing, but also especially for the requirements of mass production. It can drill not only through hole , but also blind hole and step hole .

 

Main parts of Quartz drilling machine :

Drilling hole diameter range : Φ10-Φ50mm

Max. Drilling depth and hole diameter ratio is :80:1

Max. Drilling depth: 1500 mm

 

Working table of Quartz drilling machine : Can move vertically (Y direction) and horizontally (X direction), CNC control; Equips with fixed T-slot working table .

X-axis of Quartz drilling machine: Control the lateral movement of the workpiece; Ball linear guide rail; The servo motor drives the ball screw to realize the movement in X-axis direction ; CNC control.

 

Y axis of Quartz drilling machine: Control the movement of the working table in the vertical direction; Roller heavy-duty linear guide rail; The servo motor drives the ball screw through a servo reducer to achieve Y-direction movement; CNC control; Servo motor with brake .

 

Z axis of Quartz drilling machine: Control cutting tool feed movement; Rolling linear guide rail; The servo motor drives the ball screw through a coupling to achieve Z-direction movement , CNC control; The cutting tool feed rate can be stepless .

 

Drill box of Quartz drilling machine: Drive the cutting tool to rotate ; The spindle is driven by a servo main motor, synchronous belt, and synchronous pulley, achieving stepless speed regulation, main motor power 7.5kw,, and the max. spindle rotation speed is 5000r/min. The rear end of the drill box spindle adopts American DEUBLIN rotary joint.

 

 

Guide frame of Quartz drilling machine: To guide the direction of cutting tool, discharge chips, and support the drilling bar ; The guide sleeve can move axially under the control of the pneumatic system to tighten and loosen the workpiece.

 

Coolant system of Quartz drilling machine: Supply cutting liquid for the cutting tool and discharge the cutting chips ; Mainly composed of oil tank,filtering device,pump group, liquid level controller, oil chiller etc. .

 

Drill bar support rest of Quartz drilling machine : 2 sets, used to support the drilling bar .

 

The machine bed , column, lifting sliding table, box body etc. basic parts adopt resin sand casting technology , with twice time aging treatment to eliminate the internal stress , so that the machine bed and casting part will keep accuracy , not deform .

 

CNC system of the Quartz drilling machine : SIEMENS CNC system

Equipped with electronic handwheel, independently movable control handwheel .
