1. Three coordinate quartz glass drilling machine is used to drill the coordinate holes on quartz glass or expand the holes on quartz glass ,it has chamfering function as well .

 

This machine is a three-axis, high-efficiency, high-precision, and highly automated quartz glass deep hole drilling machine. The tool rotates and performs the feed motion, enabling the required machining accuracy and surface roughness to be achieved through a single continuous drilling operation. It is controlled by a digital control system (CNC), offering convenient operation and enhanced safety. The machine also features an automatic cycle function. Therefore, it is suitable for small batch processing and particularly well-suited for high-volume production requirements. It can drill through holes, blind holes, as well as stepped holes.

Drill Spindle Unit of Three coordinate quartz glass drilling machine:

Drives tool rotation; spindle is driven by servo main motor, synchronous belt, and synchronous pulley, offering infinitely adjustable speed; main motor power 7.5 kW; max. spindle speed 5000 r/min; the rear end of the drill spindle unit spindle is equipped with a DEUBLIN rotary joint (USA).

 

Guide Support: Provides tool guidance, chip evacuation, and tool shank support; axially movable under pneumatic system control for clamping and releasing the workpiece.

 

Cooling System: Supplies oil to the tool and evacuates chips; mainly composed of oil tank, filtration unit, pump set, liquid level controller, and oil cooler.

 

Drill Shank Support: 2 sets, used to support the tool shank.

 

Base, Worktable, Column, Lifting Slide, Housing, and Other Structural Components: Made of resin sand castings and subjected to two-stage aging treatment.
