5. Installation site conditions

Installation, commissioning and acceptance:

1. Pre-acceptance of machine tools

1. Check and accept the machine tools item by item according to the technical specifications in the technical agreement between both parties.

2. Machine tool accuracy detection: static accuracy, dynamic accuracy; CNC function demonstration.

3. If the buyer does not send someone to the scene, the seller will organize personnel to conduct factory testing and pre-acceptance.

2. Final acceptance of machine tools

1. The equipment acceptance outline is based on the main technical parameters and characteristics of the equipment provided by the seller, prepared by the seller and confirmed by the buyer. The equipment acceptance outline is finalized at the time of design review.

2. After the equipment installation, check the installation accuracy of the equipment and the correctness of hydraulic and electrical pipeline installation according to the installation and commissioning plan and the equipment acceptance outline. Buyer's electricity, water, gas supply and hydraulic oil, tools and personnel are all prepared and checked and confirmed by Buyer's representative.

3. Empty commissioning of equipment: After the equipment installation, test the main technical parameters, running accuracy, speed, stroke and position of the equipment item by item according to the provisions of the equipment acceptance outline and relevant technical documents and drawings, as well as the control and safety interlocking requirements of the equipment, and make test records for confirmation by the buyer.

4. Equipment commissioning: Only after both parties confirm that the above procedures have been completed and the conditions for commissioning are met can the commissioning be carried out according to the requirements of the equipment acceptance outline.

5. Production operation assessment test: A 2-day production cycle will be arranged after commissioning, and the effective production operation time will be arranged by the buyer himself.

6. The product assessment and acceptance plan shall be confirmed by the buyer before installation.

7. The buyer shall check and accept the contract equipment according to the above procedures and indicators. The acceptance report shall be confirmed by the buyer, and if there is any objection, it shall promptly propose rectification with the seller's technical.

Technical training

1. The seller guarantees free one-stop service from installation, commissioning, technical guidance to operator training.

2. During the equipment installation period, the seller dispatches technicians to complete the installation and debugging of all equipment. Important technical guidance can provide written materials.
