Our TSK2120A×2000 deep hole drilling and boring machine is tailor-made for Israeli customers, integrated with BTA deep hole drilling and push boring dual processing technology. It can complete deep hole drilling and precision boring of cylindrical workpieces in one clamping. Equipped with Delta PLC control system, stable servo feeding system and independent large-flow cooling circulation system, the machine features high rigidity, stable cutting performance and reliable machining accuracy. Widely applied in hydraulic cylinder, oil pipe, mold, shaft parts and other deep hole processing industries, exported to over 50 countries worldwide.

1. Machine Processing Capacity

The drilling diameter range covers Φ30 to Φ100mm, boring diameter range from Φ40 to Φ200mm. The outer diameter of machinable workpiece ranges Φ60 to Φ400mm, and the maximum processing depth and workpiece length reach 2000mm.

Two core processing technologies are available: BTA drilling discharges chips backward through the drill bar; push boring discharges cutting chips forward via the central hole of the workpiece, meeting different precision and chip removal requirements.

2. Main Machine Structure Introduction

2.1 Complete Machine Composition

The whole machine consists of split machine bed, headstock, hydraulic pressure head, drill bar support rest, drill box, sliding guide rail, rack and pinion transmission assembly, high-flow coolant circulation system, electrical control cabinet and workpiece positioning carrier.

2.2 Workpiece Clamping Structure

One end of the workpiece is clamped by a manual three-jaw chuck installed on the headstock, and the other end is automatically positioned and tightened by the cone disc of the hydraulic pressure head, realizing stable clamping for long heavy workpieces.

2.3 Control & Axis Drive System

Standard equipped with Delta PLC control system. Z-axis drives the drill box for longitudinal feeding movement; servo motor matches reducer and helical rack pinion to realize stepless adjustable feed speed. X-axis controls the axial movement of hydraulic pressure head, servo motor supports torque mode and position mode switching to automatically tighten and release workpieces of different lengths.

All base parts including machine bed, box body and carriage adopt high-quality cast iron casting, with two times aging treatment after casting to eliminate internal stress, effectively preventing long-term deformation and ensuring dimensional stability.

2.4 High Rigidity Split Machine Bed

The bed adopts resin sand casting and normalizing treatment, split spliced structure fixed by high-strength bolts and cone pins for accurate positioning. Double rectangular quenched sliding guide rails with high hardness and wear resistance are equipped on the bed surface. Precision quenched helical rack is installed inside for tool feeding transmission, with strong bearing capacity and smooth transmission. V-shaped reinforced rib layout inside greatly improves the support rigidity, effectively suppresses vibration during heavy cutting and upgrades processing surface quality. An integral oil return tank with oil shield is cast around the bed to automatically recover cutting fluid to the coolant tank.

2.5 Headstock (Workpiece Rotation Unit)

Fixed on the left side of the bed to drive workpiece rotation. It adopts manual three-speed gear shifting, stepless speed regulation in each gear range, driven by 37KW servo spindle motor through belt and gearbox. The front end is equipped with Φ400mm manual three-jaw chuck for clamping workpieces. All transmission gears are precision ground and high-frequency quenched, with high hardness, wear resistance and strong impact load resistance. Independent external circulating lubrication tank for gears and bearings, with low liquid level automatic alarm function. Independent operation button panel is reserved on the box body, supporting spindle jog, forward/backward feed and emergency stop functions.

2.6 Hydraulic Pressure Head

Mainly used to guide cutting tools, supply high-pressure cutting fluid and support drill bars. Driven by servo motor for axial displacement to adapt workpieces of different lengths and complete automatic clamping and loosening. Built-in high-rigidity rotary bearings guarantee high rotation precision; external split rotary sealing structure is convenient for daily maintenance. The right end is fitted with drill bar support sleeve, and the left end is equipped with guide sleeve and positioning cone disc. Push-pull oil baffle design prevents cutting fluid splashing, and the oil storage tank below realizes automatic liquid recovery.

2.7 Drill Box (Tool Rotation Unit)

Installed on the feeding carriage to drive drill bars and boring tools to rotate. Manual three-speed gear shifting with stepless speed regulation, matched with 37KW servo spindle motor. The left spindle end is connected with tool shank sleeve for clamping cutting tools, and the right side is reserved with chip removal outlet for smooth waste discharge. Same high-precision quenched gear transmission structure as headstock, equipped with independent circulating lubrication system and low liquid level alarm device to avoid bearing damage caused by oil shortage.

2.8 Drill Bar Support Rest

Integrated high-rigidity structure, built-in support sleeve to absorb cutting vibration and impact, improve hole straightness. Equipped with automatic reset hanging mechanism; when the feeding carriage retracts, the support rest can be automatically pulled back to the initial position without manual operation.

2.9 Independent Coolant Circulation System

Composed of cooling pump, chip collection box and large-capacity oil tank, no underground pit required for installation. The whole oil tank is welded with thick steel plate, and retractable protective cover is arranged between chip boxes to prevent sundries from falling into the liquid tank. Real-time digital display of cutting fluid pressure, liquid level, oil temperature and flow rate on the operation panel. The maximum liquid supply pressure reaches 2.5MPa, maximum flow 400L/min, and the total volume of oil tank is 4700L, fully meeting continuous deep hole processing demand.

2.10 Feeding Carriage & Full Lubrication System

The sliding guide rail of the carriage is equipped with an automatic timing quantitative lubrication station with low liquid level alarm. Independent operation button station is installed on the carriage, realizing drill box spindle jog, forward/backward feed and emergency stop control. Headstock and drill box adopt separate external circulating lubrication tank; hydraulic pressure head and drill bar support rest slide rails are equipped with manual oil pump for supplementary lubrication, all links have complete oil shortage protection to extend service life of moving parts.

2.11 Workpiece Pre-positioning Carrier

V-shaped support frame with T-shaped screw manual lifting and lowering function. Operators place long workpieces on the carrier for pre-positioning before clamping, and the workpiece will separate from the carrier after clamping is completed, greatly improving feeding efficiency and operation safety.

For rough drilling and boring: hole dimensional accuracy IT9~IT11, surface roughness Ra6.3~12.5μm, hole deflection less than 0.5mm per 1000mm length. For fine boring processing: hole dimensional accuracy IT8~IT9, surface roughness Ra1.6~3.2μm, straightness less than 0.10mm per 1000mm length.
