1.Machine brief:

1.2 Gun drill drilling method, dual spindle structure, can simultaneously process 2 workpieces, suitable for machining coaxial holes on shaft parts

1.4 Workpiece clamping:

The cone disks are on headstock and oil pressure head respectively, the control system controls the oil pressure head to move axially, use the cone disk and chamfer on both end of workpiece to clamp and position the workpiece automatically .

1.5 The guide rails used on the machine are linear guides

1.7 Drill box:

Using a servo main motor to drive the spindle rotation through a synchronous belt and synchronous pulley, stepless speed regulation can be achieved, with a maximum spindle speed of 5000r/min; Dual spindle structure, one motor drives two spindles to rotate; The front drive of the spindle is conducive to protecting the main motor and facilitating tool change.

1.8 Headstock:

Drive the workpiece to rotate at a constant speed of 117r/min; The spindle can move axially under the control of a hydraulic system, used to tighten or loosen workpieces. The spindle drive is front mounted, which facilitates the loading and unloading of workpieces and helps protect the main motor.

It can be manually moved on the linear guide rail of the workbench, and after being moved into place, it can be manually locked on the workbench by the locking block.
