1.6 Y-axis: Controls the movement of the tool system in the vertical direction; Double rectangular sliding guide with precision grinding and quenching treatment; The servo motor drives the ball screw through the servo reducer to realize Y direction movement, CNC control, and the servo motor has a brake. A counterweight is used.

1.7 Z-axis: control tool feed movement; Rolling linear guide rail; Servo motor through the coupling drive ball screw to achieve Z direction movement, CNC control; Tool feed can be stepless speed regulation.

1.8 Drill box: drive tool rotation; The main shaft is driven by servo main motor, synchronous belt and synchronous belt wheel, which can realize stepless speed regulation. The main motor power is 7.5kw and the maximum spindle speed is 6000r/min. The back end of the spindle of the drill box adopts the DEUBLIN rotary joint of the United States.

1.9 Guide frame: to guide the tool, discharge the chip, support the role of the tool bar; It can move axially under the control of the pneumatic system to tighten and loosen the workpiece.

1.10 Cooling system: oil supply for the tool, and exhaust the chip; It is mainly composed of dirty oil tank, clean oil tank, circulating pump, paper belt filter, high pressure pump group, liquid level controller, chain plate chip removal machine, etc. On the CNC system operation station, the cooling system pressure adjustment knob and flow adjustment panel are equipped. Chip removal machine front, convenient observation of chip removal situation.

1.11 Drill pipe support: used to support the tool bar.
